Senior Developer Advocate (U.S., Canada, EMEA Remote)

GridGain Systems, based in Foster City, California is revolutionizing real-time data access and processing by offering cloud-native in-memory computing services and software built on the Apache Ignite® distributed database.

We’re the company that contributed Apache Ignite to the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) back in 2014 and still remain a major contributor to the project codebase and the community growth. It took less than a year for the project and its community to graduate from the Apache Incubator and become a top-level project for the ASF. Starting 2017, the ASF has ranked Ignite as a Top 5 project in various categories. Since then, Ignite has experienced a significant and steady growth in popularity, and it has been used by thousands of application developers and architects to create high-performance and scalable applications used by millions of people daily.

GridGain offers cloud-native fully-managed service for Apache Ignite -- GridGain Nebula -- and an enterprise-grade platform for on-prem and hybrid deployments. As one of the fastest-growing private companies in the USA, GridGain has received numerous prestigious business and technology awards, including inclusion in the Silicon Valley Business Journal Fastest Growing Private Companies, Deloitte Technology Fast 500, Inc. 5000, and more. GridGain products and solutions are used by global enterprises in financial services, software, e-commerce, retail, healthcare, telecom, transportation and other major sectors, with a client list that includes JP Morgan & Chase, ING, Citi, UPS, American Airlines, DreamWorks, IBM, VMWare, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Microsoft, AutoZone, Albertsons, Agilent and UnitedHealthcare.
